If you cancel an annual membership more than one month before the expiration date, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused whole months of service. No refund will be issued for the current partially-used month.
We do not provide refunds for our data plan subscriptions under any circumstances.
This policy exists because we are required to pay exchange fees for new users at the time service is provided. Unfortunately, the fees that we pay to the exchanges are themselves non-refundable, and thus we are unable to provide refunds once those fees have been paid.
