Refund Policy
Seven Day Refunds
New users who purchase any of our one month subscriptions may request a full refund within 7 days of when their service began, unless it is an ExtraRT account or the account has been upgraded. To request a refund, you can send an email to support@stockcharts.com from the same email address as your user ID. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Users who receive refunds will not be able to re-subscribe until three months from the date the refund was issued. After the first 7 days, we are unable to provide any refunds whatsoever.
Multiple Month Memberships are Non-Refundable
Because our longer-term memberships are offered at a significant per-month discount, they are non-refundable. You must acknowledge that you understand this "No Refund" policy before placing a longer-term membership order. We recommend that people who are unfamiliar with our service order our refundable one-month membership first.
ExtraRT Memberships are Non-Refundable
Because we incur exchange fees whenever someone signs up for our real-time service, that service is non-refundable.
Upgrade Orders are Non-Refundable
Upgrade orders for existing accounts are non-refundable.
