ZenDesk Support, New Design come to StockCharts

Today we fully enabled our new Customer Support area, powered by the good folks at ZenDesk.  To see it, simply click on the "Support" tab at the top of any our pages (just like before).

In general, the content in our new support area is the same as the content in our old support area - FAQs, tips, guidelines, documentation, etc.  However, in addition to being in a cleaner, more modern format, it is now in a more accessible form that allows us to keep it up-to-date much easier than before.  Watch for us to continue to improve our support information as a result.

And We're Stylin' -

That format - the blue background, the new tabs at the top of the page, the "widgets" on the right side of the page - should look somewhat familiar by now.  We debuted it here with our Blogs.  The Market Message's recent face lift gave that area a similar look.  Now the Support area has this same style.

You should expect the rest of the site to also get that new style over the next couple of weeks.  I'm hoping that ChartSchool will have that look by the end of this week with the Home Page following soon afterwards.  It will take us some time to get all of our pages updated and that may give the site a bit of a "bi-polar" feel to it for a couple of weeks.

And We Need to Hear from You -

With these new changes - the new Support area, the new site design - we are hoping that we are moving things forward for you, our loyal users.  Please let us know how we are doing though.  Are these changes not working for you?  Let us know.  Are they really welcome improvements?  Let us know.  We always value our users feedback.
